The Next Football Specific Training Camp: April 12, 2008

We are extremely excited to bring you Cincinnati's Football Strength & Conditioning Camp for the high school athlete. We guarantee you will love it! We guarantee it will change your game!

The reason we designed the camp is the absolute growing need for top notch training and the high demand for elite performance. We have seen overwhelmed coaches just give up on the idea of training and conditioning. Why? Simply because there is too much equipment out there, there is too much information...and they simply don't know what to do with all of it. Functional Football Training will teach you how to use the equipment, how to train and how to have a lot of fun while doing it! And by the time you finished with us, you’ll be in elite condition for top performance on the filed!

The Training Camp:

Because football requires an enormous amount of power, power endurance, absorption of energy, and lateral changes in direction, we use a multi-disciplinary approach to training & performance enhancement. Very simply, we integrate the very best of many different modalities: sport specific training, strength training, conditioning enhancement, agility coordination, power development, & quickness enhancement, and all in one comprehensive and fluid program.

By the end of the session, you'll quickly realize that you've never worked that hard in your life. And by the end of the camp, you'll be the highest conditioned and best prepared athlete on the field. The bottom line, Functional Football Training has been developed to make you the last person standing as the seconds tick off the clock in the fourth quarter.

How has Functional Football Training helped your fellow high school athlete?

Justin Geyer, Defensive End for Hamilton Badin HS, has been using our training approach for the past 18 months. As a result, he was honored as the "Most Dedicated Player" at Badin High School in 2005. He has been featured in various publications and TV programs within Cincinnati, as well as throughout Ohio. He's also been recruited by many area colleges to play football this coming fall.

Justin became an Ohio State Record Holder when he Blocked 4 Punts in a Single Game (October 14, 2005 - Badin -vs- McNicholas)

When:

The next Camp starts on Saturday, April 12th, 2008 @ 1PM. At this time, we are limiting the Camp to 6 athletes to provide the absolute best program experience possible. Space is available on a first come, first served basis. Due to the small Camp size, the program will sell out quickly. If you’ve missed the current Camp, we will put you on the priority waiting list for the next session.

How Much:

The Football Training Camps meets 1 x per week for a total of 10 weeks; each session is 75 minutes: Total Program = $250
