The Program The 16 week Complete Fitness Transformation program is designed to integrate education and empowerment. Every two weeks, for 16 weeks, the group assembles in the private studio for 60-90 minutes, and each session I share new information, teach the specifics of result oriented exercise, and coach the participants “hands on.” After each session the entire group is empowered. They then follow, individually, the next two weeks of the program as I have it mapped out, step by step. The Goal The goal is to make exercise and eating right a habit . . . for life. The results can be dramatic over 16 weeks, but more importantly, the 16 weeks is an education. In fact, it should prove to be the most rewarding 16 weeks of your life. The combination of the right instruction and empowerment results in the adaptation of a new understanding, an understanding that allows you to absolutely know you can do this, a mindset zeroed in on “your best health, energy and physical body.” Who is this Program for? The program is for anyone looking for a physical change! It’s interesting, but in the first session people are usually apprehensive. They look around the room and they may see a visually fit athlete, an overweight fifty-year-old, and a senior entering his or her seventh decade. Only 15 minutes into the first session, everyone comes to understand that the concepts I share work for everyone. You will learn how to boost metabolism, to build muscle, to shape muscle, to improve balance and coordination, and to burn fat. Participants learn how to adjust the way they eat, think, and move. If your goal is muscle growth, you’ll understand how to get there. If your goal is to find greater ease in lifting your child, greater comfort in the daily tasks your body is challenged by, or improvement of your golf game, you'll completely understand how to facilitate ongoing and consistent progress. If the goal is to trim the waist or get rid of cellulite and body fat, you’ll fully understand how to get there. How Much? This program is available in a private, one-on-one format for $799 with limited spots available. The Small Group program, however, is only $349 and includes the 8 empowering group sessions. You'll also receive the Program Manual and step by step Exercise Guide which all participants take with them and can use for a lifetime.
